Brazen moped yobs caught on camera in south London jumping red lights and nearly hitting pedestrian in broad daylight

Reckless dashcam footage captured a string of dangerous incidents on Streatham High Road, south London on July 24.

The footage shows multiple mopeds jumping red lights with one riding on the wrong side of the road, narrowly missing an unsuspecting pedestrian.
