At 6:55am, the Circle and Hammersmith and City lines lines were suspended due to a points failure at Edgware Road. Tickets are being accepted on London Buses. Due to the same problem, the District line is part suspended between High Street Kensington and Edgware Road. The Windrush line is also facing severe delays between Sydenham and Crystal Palace due to a power supply failure in the New Cross Gate area. Scroll down for the latest updates... Congestion Charge rising The Congestion Charge will rise from £15 to £18 next year under plans announced by Transport for London. The proposed rise will come into effect from January 2026 and is the first increase in the charge since 2020. Find out more here. A3220 traffic There are serious delays on the A3220 Battersea Bridge Road in both directions at the junction of B305 Westbridge Road due to TfL works. East Croydon disruption The fault with the signalling system at East Croydon has resulted in the following changes in services: The Gatwick Express service has been suspended until further notice Southern services which travel between London Bridge and East Croydon via Peckham Rye are suspended Southern services that run between Reigate and London Victoria will be suspended outside of peak travel times Southern services between Ore and London Victoria will also call at Selhurst in both directions East Croydon disruption The disruption caused by the fault with the signalling system at East Croydon is affecting the following services. Gatwick Express services between London Victoria and Brighton Southern services between London Victoria and Bognor Regis / East Grinstead / Eastbourne / Littlehampton / Havant / Hastings / Ore / Portsmouth Harbour / Reigate, also between London Bridge and Caterham / East Croydon / Uckfield, and also between Watford Junction and East Croydon Thameslink services between Bedford and Flitwick / Three Bridges / Haywards Heath / Brighton, between Cambridge and Brighton, London St Pancras International and London Bridge / East Grinstead and also between Peterborough and Three Bridges / Horsham The disruption is expected until 12.00pm. A good service on the Tube There is a good service on all London Underground and Overground lines. Weaver line resumes good service Weaver line resumes good service following delays on Tuesday morning. Metropolitan line resumes good service Metropolitan line resumes good service following minor delays on Tuesday morning. Warren Street station closed Warren Street station is open to exit and interchange only due to faulty escalators. Amended late night Southern services in the Clapham Junction area until Friday Engineering work is taking place at several locations in the Clapham Junction area, closing various lines overnight until Friday morning. From approximately 22:00pm on Tuesday to Friday evenings until the end of service, trains between Battersea Park and Streatham Common / Streatham Hill and between East Croydon and Watford Junction will be amended. From approximately 23:30pm, buses will replace trains between London Victoria and Streatham Hill / Norwood Junction. Trains via Crystal Palace will start from / terminate at Streatham Hill. Routes impacted Southern between East Croydon / Clapham Junction and Watford Junction, and between London Victoria and Streatham Hill / London Bridge No trains between Enfield Town and Edmonton Green until approximately 11am A fallen tree has damaged the overhead line equipment, blocking all lines between Enfield Town and Edmonton Green. As a result, trains between Enfield Town and Edmonton Green are unable to run and have been cancelled. Some trains may be revised to terminate at / start back from Cheshunt.
