The Weaver and Central lines may cause delays to some journeys

The Weaver line is facing delays on Tuesday morning

Majority of commuters will not face problems getting to work on Tuesday morning with delays impacting two Tube services.

At 8:32am, the Central line was reporting severe delays between Leytonstone and Epping/Woodford via Hainault due to an earlier faulty train at Hainault.

There is a good service on the rest of the line.

London Underground tickets will be accepted on the Liberty Line and local bus services via any reasonable route.

The Weaver line is also reporting no service between Edmonton Green and Enfield Town while Network Rail fix damage to overhead power lines at Bush Hill Park.

There are minor delays between Edmonton Green and Bethnal Green, but a good service on the rest of the line.

A good service on the Tube

There is a good service on all London Underground and Overground lines.

Weaver line resumes good service

Weaver line resumes good service following delays on Tuesday morning.

Metropolitan line resumes good service

Metropolitan line resumes good service following minor delays on Tuesday morning.

Warren Street station closed

Warren Street station is open to exit and interchange only due to faulty escalators.

Amended late night Southern services in the Clapham Junction area until Friday

Engineering work is taking place at several locations in the Clapham Junction area, closing various lines overnight until Friday morning.

From approximately 22:00pm on Tuesday to Friday evenings until the end of service, trains between Battersea Park and Streatham Common / Streatham Hill and between East Croydon and Watford Junction will be amended.

From approximately 23:30pm, buses will replace trains between London Victoria and Streatham Hill / Norwood Junction. Trains via Crystal Palace will start from / terminate at Streatham Hill.

Routes impacted

Southern between East Croydon / Clapham Junction and Watford Junction, and between London Victoria and Streatham Hill / London Bridge

No trains between Enfield Town and Edmonton Green until approximately 11am

A fallen tree has damaged the overhead line equipment, blocking all lines between Enfield Town and Edmonton Green.

As a result, trains between Enfield Town and Edmonton Green are unable to run and have been cancelled.

Some trains may be revised to terminate at / start back from Cheshunt.

To assist you with your journey, you can use you ticket at no extra cost on the following services:

Greater Anglia between Cheshunt and London Liverpool Street

London Buses via any reasonable route

London Underground via any reasonable route

Thameslink between Enfield Chase and Moorgate.

Central line resumes good service

Central line resumes good service following severe delays.

Minor delays on the Metropolitan line

There are minor delays between Baker Street and Aldgate while TfL staff fix a faulty train at Barbican.

There is a good service on the rest of the line.

Amended 22:46pm London Paddington to Swansea service

Engineering work is taking place overnight between Swindon and Bristol Parkway, closing some lines.

The 22:46pm London Paddington to Swansea will divert between Swindon and Bristol Parkway (via Bath Spa – not calling).

It will arrive / depart Bristol Parkway and beyond later than normal.

Routes impacted

All Great Western Railway services between London Paddington and Swansea.

Severe delays on the Central line

There are currently severe delays on the Central line from Leytonstone to Epping/Woodford via Hainault due to an earlier faulty train at Hainault.

There is a good service on the rest of the line.

London Underground tickets will be accepted on the Liberty Line and local bus services via any reasonable route.
