Overcast on Tuesday with very light drizzle possible in spots under the thickest cloud. Clear spells will tend to develop by the end of the day. Plenty of wintry sunshine throughout New Year's Eve. On New Year's Day, it will turn breezier with variable amounts of cloud and bright spells in between. Remaining cold through the period.
