The fish-scale terracotta tiles hanging on the upper storey points to Surrey vernacular construction, likely early 18th century, contemporary with the original Greyhound Inn nearby. The Georgian door case is still intact. It's been empty for some time. The graffiti is more recent. Web Link 107 Greyhound Lane, SW16 Flickr
