Former Regal / ABC / Cannon in Streatham. Disastrously tripled in 1977, destroying the original interior, the cinema closed, and the auditorium demolished to be replaced by flats. Originally designed by W R Glen, opened in November 1938, with 1,962 seats in stalls and circle. The tripled cinema closed in December 2000, and after a number of incidents with squatters, raves, and arson attempts, the auditorium was demolished in 2004, retaining the façade and foyer, which were incorporated into a new development. Grade 2 listed.
