Barratt London picks up South London residential site Submitted by daniel on Tue, 13/01/2026 - 13:52 Picture Image Affordable housing provider Clarion Housing Group and Hadley Property Group have agreed a deal to sell the former Homebase site at 100 Woodgate Drive in Streatham Vale to Barratt London for an undisclosed price. The South London site benefits from an extant planning permission for a residential scheme comprising 237 homes, 35% of which will be affordable.
