Another adult, who was trapped in the car, suffered life-threatening injuries and was flown to hospital following the crash on Tuesday morning (AEDT). The truck driver had minor injuries. The triple-fatal collision happened at Stoneleigh, about 45 minutes west of Ballarat, at the intersection of Eurambeen-Streatham and Mount William roads.
