According to the AA, the northbound Blackwall Tunnel, from Greenwich to Poplar, are facing severe delays due to early morning closures. There is heavy traffic on the A2, with queues stretching from Kidbrooke, across Blackheath and Trafalgar Road into Greenwich, as well as on the Lower Lea Crossing from Silvertown. The southbound side of the Blackwall Tunnel reopened shortly before 7am. Follow live for the latest information. Acton Main Rail station to close early The station will close at 22:47 each evening. Last trains will call at 22:40 (from Heathrow Terminal 4 to Abbey Wood) and 22:45 (from Abbey Wood to Heathrow Terminal 5). Use local London Buses services. "We have engineers urgently investigating the issue and are working hard to reopen the tunnels, with Blackwall Tunnel and Limehouse Link Tunnel having recently reopened. "Drivers are advised to use alternative river crossings and to check before they travel.'' Disruption to / from Eastbourne expected until 3pm A signalling fault in the Hampden Park area is causing disruption to services between Eastbourne and Hampden Park, with trains potentially facing delays of up to 15 minutes, cancellations, or alterations.
