Former Cabinet Secretary Raphael Tuju has accused lawyer Fred Ojiambo and DCI boss Mohammed Amin of personally trailing him, as he claimed police officers and unidentified individuals unlawfully occupied his contested business premises in Karen.

Speaking at a press briefing outside the property on Thursday, Tuju described the actions as part of a coordinated campaign of intimidation and surveillance against him.

Tuju said the alleged surveillance forced him to abandon his vehicle on March 21, 2026, after being trailed by a vehicle without number plates.
