Officers and London Ambulance Service crews attended and found a man injured. He was taken to hospital for treatment where his condition was assessed as serious. No arrests have been made as police enquiries into the circumstances continue. Aldrington Road Streatham flat fire: Three rescued Submitted by daniel on Fri, 12/07/2024 - 08:00 Picture Image Fire crews were called to a flat fire in Aldrington Road in Streatham early this morning (July 12) at around 1:41am. Ten fire engines and around 70 firefighters were called to the scene with crews from Tooting, West Norwood, Norbury and surrounding fire stations despatched to the scene. Part of the ground floor of the semi-detached property made up of three floors was damaged by the fire. Three people who became trapped on the second floor were rescued by fire crews from the building by ladder and were treated by paramedics for smoke inhalation. Mr Reed will be returning to his role as MP after serving as MP for Croydon North since 2012, as well as shadow Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs since September 2023. Mr Reed’s previous seat for Croydon North was abolished this year and replaced by Streatham and Croydon North as the new constituency. The CR0 postcode had 219 approvals, ranking 1st out of 2,424 postcodes overall. The second south London postcode on the list is SE18, which covers Plumstead and Woolwich. He was sentenced at Wood Green Crown Court on June 19 to a minimum of nine years in jail. MOST READ: Police hunt man after gun fired in car park Police attended North Middlesex hospital in the early hours of December 24 after being told a man had been admitted with a gunshot wound to the leg. Drug dealer Denzel Kwateng has been cleared of his murder but convicted of manslaughter after the jury deliberated for more than 41 hours. In 2022, the 22-year-old was cleared over the fatal stabbing of 17-year-old Denardo Samuels-Brooks following an Old Bailey trial. At his second trial, Kwateng claimed in his defence that he had only pointed a gun at Mr Miller as a prank when it went off without him pulling the trigger. B&Q opened a new store on Sutton High Street last year, but this is a smaller “local” store. According to previous reports by the Local Democracy Reporting Service, the project includes eight blocks of flats, 337 of which will be affordable homes, within the 970-flat establishment.
