Trains will run as normal on Friday (April 17). We have broken down the details for you to plan ahead. Monday to Thursday (April 13 to April 16): Engineering work is taking place overnight between Purley and Gatwick Airport ending Friday morning, closing some lines. From approximately 11.30pm Monday to Thursday evenings, until approximately 5.30am Tuesday to Friday mornings, trains running between London Victoria and Gatwick Airport will run to an amended timetable with extended journey times. Engineering work is also taking place overnight between Streatham Hill, Crystal Palace, and Norwood Junction, closing some lines. At the end of service on Monday to Thursday evenings, trains will be diverted and will not call at stations between Streatham Hill and Crystal Palace and Norwood Junction. These services will run with extended journey times. Some services will additionally call at Selhurst.
