Trains may be delayed by up to 30 minutes or cancelled. The disruption is expected until 10.30am. Tottenham Court Road exit only Tottenham Court Road station is open for exit only for the Elizabeth Line due to a faulty train. Limited step free access at Moorgate Step free access is not available at Moorgate station via the Broadgate entrance due to a faulty lift. A23 delays There are serious delays on the A23 Streatham High Road due to utility works. There are also serious delays on Streatham Hill in both directions between Christchurch Road and Leigham Court Road, due to TfL works. Metropolitan line disruption The Metropolitan line is partially closed between Aldgate and Baker Street. There are minor delays between Moor Park and Amersham. Bakerloo line delays There are minor delays on the Bakerloo line due to train cancellations.
