She’s teaming up with local homelessness charity Ace of Clubs, based in Clapham, which runs a community support centre providing hot food, clothing, advice and shelter to people facing homelessness, addiction and social isolation. The organisation says that even small acts of support can make a huge difference to those struggling to survive in the cold. In a video posted on her Facebook page, the popular South London MP highlights the urgent need for supplies as the number of people sleeping on London’s streets continues to rise.
