The change reduces the current 15-minute weekday frequency until 9.30pm and Saturday frequency until 8.30pm. TfL says the adjustment reflects current and expected demand. The P13 timetable change comes as TfL consults on withdrawing the 415 between Old Kent Road and Tulse Hill and extending the 333 along its route. Local comment on the changes to the 415 Posters on the Tulse Hill forum added their thoughts on the plans: N: TFL consulting to get rid of the 415, the only bus you have a hope in hell of getting on on Tulse Hill in the morning rush hour, while the 2 and 432 drive past absolutely stuffed with people. LO: I just sent TFL an email about it as I regularly use the 415 to get from Tulse Hill to Kennington. TFL haven’t provided any reason for trying to scrap the route. TP: It also provides good crowd relief going the other way from Brixton in the evening. Have your say TfL’s consultation is open until the 15th of November 2026.
