Smoke and steam clouds over Brixton as a 76 year old locomotive thunders past

Seen thundering through Brixton and sending plumes of steam and smoke skyward yesterday was a mighty Merchant Navy Class 35028 locomotive named Clan Line.

This loco is a bit of a regular visitor to Brixton and usually hauls private charter trains to the south coast and back in Pullman luxury.
