Southern trains in Croydon cancelled this last week of April

This is due to engineering work and will affect trains from Monday to Friday (April 27 to May 1).

We have broken down the details for you to plan ahead.

Tuesday to Friday (April 28 to May 1):

Engineering work is taking place overnight between East Croydon, Purley, Caterham and Tattenham Corner, closing some lines.

At the end of service on early Tuesday to Friday mornings, buses will replace trains between the four stations.

The 12.17am train from London Bridge to Caterham will terminate at East Croydon with a replacement bus running from East Croydon to Caterham.

The 12.18am train from Purley to Tattenham Corner will not run.

A replacement bus will run from Purley to Tattenham Corner.

Journey times will be increased when using replacement buses.

Monday to Thursday (April 27 to April 30):

Engineering work is taking place between London Victoria and East Croydon, closing some lines.

The 10.10pm train from East Croydon to Watford Junction will terminate at Shepherds Bush.

The 11.07pm train from Epsom Downs to London Victoria will not call at Battersea Park.

Customers for London Victoria should travel to Clapham Junction, then change for a train towards London Victoria.

Customers for Battersea Park should travel to London Victoria, then catch a train back to Battersea Park.

The 11.42pm train from Watford Junction to Clapham Junction will not run.

The 11.56pm train from London Victoria to Streatham Hill will terminate at Balham.

A replacement bus will run from Balham to Streatham Hill, departing at 12.21am.
